Together with Rebel Bread, we bring you an hour of power yoga practice in the park, followed by a picnic of fresh bread and jams.

Breeze on through an hour of power yoga. 
Bask in a summer night's glow. 
Break some bread & gather in community at the park!

BUTTER AEROBICS

Still with some flow, still with the dough PLUS the added bonus of BUTTER. 
Not just any butter. Butter aerobically made through a work out that will have you movin’ and groovin’ like never before. 

How?
We’ll shake a small jar of whipping cream vigorously for about 15-20 minutes <-- (that’s where the whole aerobics part comes in). Then we’ll spread it on the freshest of fresh bread with a toast bar provided by Rebel Bread.

We’ll dance. We’ll sweat. We’ll make butter.
